In these settings I have worked with adults from diverse backgrounds seeking therapy for a range of concerns including perinatal depression and anxiety, chronic pain, chronic medical conditions, fertility/infertility, life and relationship transitions, and weight management.
I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults. In order for therapy to be effective, it’s important to find the right fit - someone you feel comfortable and safe with - whose approach feels right for you.
