Are you struggling with beliefs and attitudes that are preventing you from being able to move forward in a productive way and live a better life? I believe that everyone can grow and learn to be a better version of themselves, and I would love to partner with you through this walk. By dealing with unhelpful beliefs and recognizing the choices we make affect the attitudes that shape our lives, each person can start to develop a more positive belief about themselves. I have worked with teenagers and adults who have experienced trauma and are trying to learn to deal with the reality of their experiences.
I have been trained in EMDR and received certificates of completion in training for Cognitive Processing Therapy and Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My primary therapy used in sessions is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy.
Amongst others, I have experience working with grief, anxiety, depression, dissociative disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, and feelings of loss and confusion.
