Mothers face unique challenges throughout their lifetimes. Counseling and coaching are supportive tools that help us navigate life, heal, and understand ourselves more profoundly and meaningfully. Even when our outer worlds are seemingly at peace, many women struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, unhealthy relationship patterns, prioritizing real self-care, identity, and health and wellness goals. My holistic approach addresses somatic, cognitive, relational, and emotional concerns while providing education as needed. I aim to help mothers of all ages, wherever they are, on their journey to optimal mental health.
I have worked with mothers of all ages, socioeconomic situations, and challenges. I have supported mothers through substance abuse treatment, pregnancy complications and losses, divorce, life transitions, incarceration, and intimate partner violence. I am a trauma-informed therapist.
Therapy is a deeply personal process that begins wherever you choose. You must feel understood, supported, and safe, as change and growth can only happen in a safe and collaborative relationship.
