Hi! My name is Melissa and I am a licensed therapist practicing in Florida and New York. My focus is on chronic illness, anxiety, depression, body image, grief, life transitions, maternal health, postpartum mood disorders, and interpersonal/relationship concerns. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based approach and person centered approach to help clients overcome obstacles and live a more fulfilling life.
I believe that personal growth lies within all of us, and I value the opportunity to work with clients to reach their goals and elicit change. Therapy can be intimidating for some, which is why I strive to make this an enjoyable and relaxed experience.
