My passion lies in helping individuals heal from emotional and relational wounds to enable them to live more fulfilling lives with healthier relationships. Some of my specialties include trauma/PTSD, relational issues, family of origin issues, eating disorder recovery (outpatient and medically stabilized), women's issues, and working with the LGBTQ+ community. Trained in EMDR since 2020 to use remotely for trauma and the like. When it comes to working with individuals exploring gender identity and sexuality, I know firsthand how important it is to work with someone you feel visible to, accepted and validated. I want to assist in holding a warm and inviting space for clients with many backgrounds and identities.
Therapy is a vulnerable experience, so it's important for our therapeutic relationship to be built on emotional safety. My goal is to remain empathically curious and collaborative throughout our process together.
