Welcome, glad you're here. My practice is focused on helping unique individuals understand and accept themselves and engage in healthy relationships while still maintaining individuality. I work with those who don’t always feel like they fit in a box or align with society’s expectations regarding their relationships, career, and personal pursuits. I provide a supportive space for clients to be heard and understood, as well as tools to identify and change unhelpful patterns and increase positive coping skills.
In working together, we’ll collaboratively develop and adjust a plan to help you reach your goals, better understand yourself, and reduce suffering and stress. I provide concrete strategies and supports while also leaving space for clients to talk and process their past and present experiences. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, change, and heal.
I have personal and professional experience with ADHD, religious trauma, and chronic illness. I am engaged in my own creative pursuits and love to work with other creatives around issues unique to that space and mindset. I have experience working with other therapists in processing how their family history impacts their current life and work.
