I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 14 years experience working with individuals struggling with mental health and substance use issues. I use various techniques to work with you including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and grounding, brain-body connection, as well as short-term, brief interventions; in effect, I use an eclectic approach to ensure your goals are achieved. If requested, faith-based can be incorporated as well.
