Welcome! Currently taking new Telehealth clients. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, and relationship concerns. I help my clients by using a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating both mind and body and a variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches, tailored to each individual. I also enjoy working helping clients have more fulfilling relationships in their lives by learning healthy ways to communicate. I work with adults of all ages as well as couples.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness interventions, EMDR, trauma-informed interventions, and Gottman Couples Therapy with my clients. I work with adults of all ages as well as couple's.
