We all need a supportive and safe person to talk to, both when things are going well, and when life feels challenging. A therapist can help guide and support you through life's ups and downs. I specialize in college mental health, and enjoy helping young adults navigate life transitions. I also have experience working with survivors of trauma, and am particularly passionate about helping people work through developmental and childhood trauma.
Together, we'll come up with goals that you want to work towards. I'll also make sure therapy is a space where you can talk about whatever is on your mind. I use a variety of different models in order to adapt to individual needs. I draw from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
