Welcome! I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and grief. Healing isn't easy, but with the right support and information, you can learn how to encourage your own healing and begin to feel better. In addition to traditional in-office sessions, I work remotely and outdoors. I value the process of helping my clients prioritize themselves and their needs as they navigate difficult times and connect to a stronger sense of well-being.
You'll be supported in a gentle, judgement free way, and we'll collaborate to thoughtfully support your growth and goals for therapy. I use evidence based practices and focus on healing. The deeper connection you develop with yourself, the more confident you will become as you navigate challenges and engage more meaningfully in relationships.
