Through my experience (15+ years) and education (Ph.D.), I have learned to bring my expertise into the therapeutic relationship in a way that empowers my clients to lean into their inner voice, while creating a life that is centered around their own hopes, dreams, and vision.
I have a large toolbox of knowledge and techniques that I can share with you, and we can co-create a plan that will move you towards your goals. This plan could include medical, addiction, and psychological/psychiatric referrals.
