My passion is to assist clients in navigating the many emotions connected their trauma and help move you into a place of acceptance and peace in order to move from victim to survivor. I evaluate the current and past life experiences that often dictate behavior. I work with the client to learn how their past may be what is affecting their present and future. I teach life skills to help move past the pain and into healing.
I obtained my Masters Degree from the University of Southern California School of Social Work. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II), Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider and Certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). EMDRIA trained to provide EMDR and I specialize in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery.
I treat an array of disorders from Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Personality Disorders as well as Adjustment Disorders. I use a client centered approach where I allow you to lead or sessions and use the most up to date treatment modalities to assist in your journey to healing.
