Welcome! I am the owner and provider for Melissa Morehouse LICSW LLC, where I strive to provide strength based support. I have 13 years mental health experience working with children, adolescents, families as well as adults. When working with children and adolescents, I believe in supporting the whole family; providing caregiver support, psycho-education, parent and family sessions (when needed). I believe in meeting the person where they are, based on everyone's unique needs.
My areas of specialty range from Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, ADHD, Bi-Polar as well as early childhood. I provide support with a strength based perspective. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also utilize TF-CBT, Play therapy and Expressive art informed strategies as well as Mindfulness/Meditation approaches.
