Life can be difficult and stressful, but life can also be amazing and fulfilling. I am a skilled therapist that meets my patients where they are at, to help fulfill their ultimate therapy goals. I work closely with individuals, couples, and families to help guide them and uncover barriers to healing that they may be experiencing. I work with patients to better understand their personal attachment styles and the impacts of their family systems. I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety. I utilize tools such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT to help my patients heal and learn new tools to navigating their presenting concerns.

I utilize therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also work closely with Attachment Theory and Systems Theory to help patients understand how their attachment style and family systems could be impacting how they interact with others.

I provide a warm, welcoming, and supportive therapeutic space. I meet patients where they are at. My first and foremost goal is to truly get to know each one of my patients and their individual story. Once the patient and I are able to get to know each other, and the patient feels safe and secure, we are able to go on the patients journey to healing.

The first therapy session will consist of me asking thorough questions regarding the presenting problem and the client's background information. The second therapy session involves discussing the client's therapy goals and creating the treatment plan. Once the trerapy goals are created, we can start the therapuetic process. The amount of therapy sessions is dependent on the client's therapy needs.
