Hello! Thanks for reading my bio! I received my Master’s degree from Fordham University. I have been actively working in the field of clinical social work since 2001 and have experience working in a variety of settings. I hope I can provide you with a safe, nurturing space to help you address whatever you are going through! I have treated adults who have dealt with a range of issues, i.e. anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationship and career instability, bereavement and more. I have also worked successfully with couples to help them learn skills for improved communication.
Using eclectic modalities of therapy I can help you understand your thought patterns, beliefs and behaviors in a way that promotes positive change. I’ll be sure to structure sessions just for you and will work with you step by step. After all, the goal is improve the quality of your life!
