We will work on understanding what is causing the cycles of high anxiety, stress or depression in order to break them. I have worked with struggles like hoarding disorder, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety and depression.
My priority is creating a warm, judgment-free zone, where you can feel comfortable talking about whatever is on your mind. I strive to find a balance of validating and supporting while also challenging you to become your own problem solver.
