I know firsthand that seeking help requires courage and self-awareness, and I applaud you for taking that step. As a parent, I understand both the joys and challenges that come with having children. I also remember well the highs and lows of growing up! I feel privileged to work with clients across the age spectrum, and the more I do this work, the more hopeful I am about the potential for human growth, resilience, and positive change.
My approach is client-centered, rooted in evidence-based practice, developmental studies and neuroscience, and early training in studio art. Understanding how we humans develop and grow, and what sometimes gets in the way (including trauma, loss, and modern life), is an important part of helping others get unstuck, heal wounds, and ultimately thrive.
