My passion is Couples therapy! Do you feel overwhelmed and experiencing anxiety as a result? Does anxiety and depression affect you in life? I believe that by empowering yourself while learning coping skills through therapy are important to improve your life. As someone who has experienced therapy herself, I believe that it's very important to experience the coping skills needed to learn different ways to handle difficult situations.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy. That relationship needs to be one of trust. I believe that I can help clients empower themselves, learn coping skills, and help clients to learn a different perspective about their issues. I use a holistic approach to therapy and I meet clients where they are.
I always call a potential client to see if we click and if my approach to therapy fits their needs. Also, I have found it to be an important issue to see if our personalities are compatible.
