Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience treating clients in a variety of settings including outpatient, community mental health, intensive family services, and most recently private practice. Prior to my work in the mental health field I spent 15 years as an Operations Manager with Walmart Logistics. I have decades of work and life experiences that have shaped my ability to be a knowledgeable and compassionate therapist. I love working with clients who are seeking growth and development as they navigate different stages of life, and who take an active interest in participating in their own success.
I currently see clients in both PA and FL for a variety of mental health issues as well as women's issues, stress management, LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy, life transitions, caregiver burnout, sleep issues, career difficulties, and more. I take an integrative approach that focuses heavily on wellness and the interconnectedness of physical and mental health.
I have worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds and pride myself on my ability to look beyond differences to find common ground and create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where you can seek to be your happiest and healthiest self.
