Trauma can manifest into problem areas such as problem sexual behaviors, substance/alcohol abuse, depression/anxiety, social/work difficulties, perfectionism, self-harm, and/or self-esteem. Therapeutic work can include working through trauma events/memories, family of origin, relapse prevention, martial issues, social anxieties and depression.
