I work with all kinds of mental health symptoms including depression, anxiety, panic, and other issues. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health wellness and can work in conjunction with your medical doctor, nutritionist, or other providers. My focus is trauma therapy, especially complex PTSD or developmental trauma. I have training in couples therapy and overcoming narcissistic abuse.
I have extra training in trauma therapy including Internal Family Systems and the Flash Technique. I have taken courses to be a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (levels 1 and 2). I have training in integrative mental health including nutrition, hormone balance, and neuroscience. I have taken training in Gottman and Relational Life Therapy for couples.
