I understand and relate well to them, and together we discover ways to cope and thrive through those challenging adolescent years. I decided to become a clinical mental health counselor as well so I can provide more long-term, intensive support to a broader range of people.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, cognitive dissonance, faith transitions, relationship conflict, ADHD, suicidal ideation, self-harm, vulnerability, and boundaries.
