I offer a Person-Centered, Feminist approach with a focus on social justice and empowerment. I also utilize Acceptance & Commitment therapy practices such as mindfulness and identifying values-based behaviors. I have specialized training in Grief & Loss Counseling and Perinatal Mental Health.
My goal is to assist clients in obtaining the tools and skills they need to live a life that is aligned with their values. My hope is for clients to experience a session with me as if they are chatting with a good friend. I strive to be approachable, warm, and respectful in session, as well as professional and efficient in my approach.
