My approach to counseling is based on behavioral frameworks (ACT, DBT, CBT) because research suggests these treatment methods will best help my clients in overcoming mental, emotional, and social challenges. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, and health related issues such as insomnia, eating disorders, and chronic pain.
My educational degrees and experience in both marriage and family therapy and clinical psychology helps me blend together many strategies that can assist you in significantly improving your personal functioning and interpersonal relationships. I also offer parenting consultations, coping skills and stress management training, and clinical supervision for LPCs.
