I understand that each client's path is unique, and I tailor my approach accordingly, drawing from various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and mindfulness techniques.
I specialize in working with adults and young adults struggling with anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, and challenges in life transitions and relationships. I work within an inclusive framework, acknowledging the ways in which societal factors such as discrimination and marginalization can impact one's mental and physical health.
