I specialize in PTSD and trauma, women's issues, body image and self esteem issues, substance use, personality disorders, domestic violence, and anxiety. I also specialize in case management for families with adult children experiencing debilitating mental health conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
I decided to become a social worker after volunteering for years in prisons and jails. I believe that we all have the power to heal ourselves, and wellness is our birthright. It is my greatest honor to assist you in restoring joy and inner balance, healing past hurts, and reconnecting with your sense of belonging, wholeness, purpose and power.
