I am a board certified counselor (NCC) licensed in Colorado, Iowa, Kansas and Alaska. I help children, teens, and adult women. I’m passionate about establishing an authentic connection with my clients and offering a safe place where they can show their true self and feel heard. My goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes health, healing, and acceptance.
I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Synergetic Play Therapy, client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidenced based modalities to help bring healing and growth. I offer a free 10 minute phone consultation if you have questions before moving forward.
