I provide services to individuals, couples and families with a variety of concerns such as Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Relationship Issues, Mood Disorders, Co-occurring Disorders as well as a large range of major mental illnesses and addiction concerns. I utilize various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I work to engage my clients to become the best version of themselves and live the best life that is authentic to them.
My focus is to be a mindful and compassionate listener, help my clients foster self-awareness and insight into their thoughts, feelings and behaviors to move forward into a path of healing, growth and actualization.
