I provide interactive therapy for children ages 4+, teens, and parents. My specialties are behavior concerns, trauma, foster care/adoption, autism, anxiety, dysregulation disorders, and life transitions such as new siblings, divorce and changes within the home. I utilize play therapy, sand tray therapy, somatic techniques, EMDR, LENS Neurofeedback and hands on resources to engage clients in developmentally appropriate ways.
I go beyond talk therapy when working with children, teens, and you. I incorporate engaging activities and a lot of movement to support physical experiences and somatic sensations to release tension and promote emotional regulation. Kids can learn to express themselves in new ways through an enjoyable therapeutic process.
