My goal is to create an environment that is safe and welcoming, where you can receive support and healing in navigating your unique and important journey in an individualized, strength-based manner. I believe in the importance of being present, connected and engaged with authenticity. In therapy, challenges and difficult moments can be part of the therapeutic process and it is important to be supported through these moments with compassion and respect.
I work with children, teens and adults, focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, mood dysregulation and LGBTQ+ . In my practice, I utilize a variety of different therapeutic techniques including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, play therapy, and expressive art techniques.
Within the therapeutic relationship, there is tremendous potential for growth and healing. My goal is to create the space and the safe relationship for this growth and healing to occur, led by your goals, strengths and creating the opportunity to explore and be your authentic self.
