My experience and interest lies in working with adults healing from complex trauma (C-PTSD), family of origin wounds, narcissistic abuse, attachment issues and addiction. Since earning a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling in 2010, I've held clinical positions ranging from residential therapist to clinical director, eventually transitioning to private practice.
My goal is to incorporate elements from various evidenced-based techniques throughout treatment. Depending on the issue and the client’s feelings, I regularly draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), attachment theory, family systems, psychodynamic, strength-based and mindfulness coaching.
