At times, it can feel like we are putting in our all but are still overwhelmed. Whether it's grieving the loss of a loved one, coping with relationship changes or traumatic events, feeling stuck in our past or worrying about our future, or any other of the many curveballs life throws at us, therapy can be a helpful space to work through these challenges. I offer both individual and group therapy to collaborate with clients to reach their goals. I also provide psychological assessments for students and adults to better understand the impact of their mental health on their academic, relational, and occupational life.
I strive to help my clients with a variety of concerns, particularly grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relationship stressors, substance misuse, and managing ADHD across the lifespan. My work focuses on targeting unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, and underlying beliefs to help clients live more value-driven lives and empower them to reach their goals.
