I focus on treating adolescents and young adults struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Attachment related concerns, and PTSD. The best outcome for treatment comes when a person is ready to start the process of healing and allow themselves to change for a better future. There is a chance to find balance and peace in life.
I start by building a strong, safe connection with my clients to set the foundation for our therapy work. From there we work together as a team to identify deeper parts of yourself in order to find the places that need the most healing through the use of evidenced based practices.
