My focus is on helping clients find joy and fulfillment in their lives. I provide a supportive and transformative environment where clients can work on anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma while embracing a happier and more joyful life. I love using hands on tools, including workbooks, podcasts, videos, journaling, and guided meditations that help you become more self aware and give you tools to handle emotions. Through these methods, I empower each individual to evolve and discover new ways to cope with overwhelming emotions and grow.
Many of the adults I work with struggle with feelings of shame and guilt, stemming from their past and current experiences. One of my primary objectives is guiding them towards embracing a future imbued with joy, gratitude, and self-compassion, ultimately enabling them to move forward in a more positive and fulfilling way.
