Therapy is not a one-size-fits all, in which I strive to provide a space that is uniquely tailored to YOU and your specific therapeutic goals. The clients I work with are looking to go beyond and explore the "depths" of problems/challenges they face as well as gain a better understanding of what makes them who they are. I connect best with clients ages 12+ looking to heal from challenges with anxiety, relationship challenges, depression, life transitions and loss of self/identity.
I founded my practice on principles of empowerment, collaboration, and holism. Through a person-centered and psychodynamic approach, I provide comprehensive and compassionate support for clients in terms of self-exploration (answering that big question of "why?"), personal development, and educational growth.
Life can often seem like a road trip, with our internal GPS taking us on an adventure of twists, and turns. A road trip, however, is never complete without good company, and on this road trip we call life, I want to help individuals highlight their inner strengths to weather uncertainty, accomplish personal goals, and make their voices be heard!
