Hi! I am Melissa Haber, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My practice focuses on treatment with adolescents and adults of all ages struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and loss. Using evidence-based techniques, I collaborate with clients to develop strategies to navigate their life challenges and recognize habits and patterns that get in the way. My style is warm and compassionate, with the goal of understanding each person's unique needs.
My practice draws from various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP). Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
