I operate from a strengths based and relational therapy orientation, but in a flexible way that allows for a tailored individualized approach. Since I previously worked as a group therapy facilitator for Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I brings these, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods, coping skills and tools into sessions as well.
