I am interested in working with individuals of all backgrounds with a primary focus in clinical issues that include: depression, anxiety, stress management, self esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, anger management, communication problems, domestic violence, abuse, social skills, and managing everyday life stressors.
I use a variety of different methods that are tailored to meet the needs of my clients with a special emphasis in Cognitive-Behavioral therapy. I am also a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist.
