I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the Social Enrichment Center (SEC) with a Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College's Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. At the SEC, I provide individual psychotherapy as well as social and behavioral therapy (individual and group) to clients with a diverse spectrum of needs, including autism, ADHD, and anxiety disorders. I appreciate and build on my clients' strengths, celebrate their uniqueness, and encourage their creativity. The therapeutic relationship is central, so I prioritize connection, comfort, and authenticity.
I utilize an integrated and holistic approach to therapy, allowing me to focus on each client's unique needs and goals. I completed a certificate program in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), have experience with play therapy, and did clinical work in a school for neurodiverse children and teens (K-12) for four years prior to my present role at the center.
