I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in anxiety and depressive disorders. Additionally, I work with ADHD, behavioral problems, anger and frustration issues, OCD, sleep disorders, eating disorders, and personality disorders. However, I am comfortable working with clients with a variety of presenting problems; whether it be relationship, school/work, or health problems. I work with children, teenagers, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I use an individualized approach with each and every client.
I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and families. I create a safe space for my clients to speak freely and feel comfortable. I utilize a variety of different modalities including, but not limited to, play therapy, talk therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and group therapy.
I utilize psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy etc. However, I create a personalized plan with the client to best ensure I am meeting his or her needs.
