Often when an individual seeks counseling, they are in a vulnerable, difficult place in their lives. I understand how challenging this can be, and strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, and take a holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach in therapy. I have experience helping clients who have experienced difficulty with anxiety, depression, stress, family of origin, relationship difficulties, grief and substance abuse.I have worked in a variety of settings, with a variety of ages and ethnicities.
