I believe that every person can rewrite their personal stories, liberate themselves from narratives that are no longer serving them, and achieve integration.
Whether it is imagining a life transition or navigating life in the midst of one, I am here to walk with my clients on their healing journey. In a non-judgmental, safe space, I will empower my clients, help them count their wins, and see and experience their strengths, allowing them to tap into their courage while they move through uncertainty and change.
