I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist helping New Yorkers for over 11 years and I am committed to confronting your difficulties with you. In my current practice, I specialize in providing therapy for adults suffering from depression, anxiety disorders, and difficulties with relationships and life transitions.
I am especially passionate about treating college students, young adults, and women across the reproductive cycle —including difficulties associated with infertility and family planning, pregnancy, postpartum, and the role transition to motherhood—drawing from my own experiences as a mother to provide empathy and support for women.
My therapy sessions incorporate both insight-oriented and cognitive-behavioral skills-based approaches. I will gently challenge you to gain a deeper understanding of your issues whether they are with self-esteem and identity, relationships with other people, or your environment.
