I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking to better understand themselves. My orientation is psychodynamic and relational, but my approach is flexible to the individual needs of my client. I believe building a collaborative and trusting relationship is a key component to success in treatment.

I have extensive experience with adolescents and young adults in middle school, high school and university settings. When needed, I work collaboratively with families to help meet the needs of my clients within their family system. I have rigorous training in classic techniques and theories yet bring a contemporary, approachable lens to my work.
