My approach to therapy is informed by a combination of Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that every individual has a unique story and that therapy can help them identify and change negative patterns of thinking and behavior.
I focus on helping clients identify and process patterns. I help clients understand how their own behavior and thought patterns may be contributing to their relationships. I work collaboratively with clients to develop new coping strategies and boundaries to help them navigate these relationships in healthy and empowered ways.
