I have been in private practice for over a decade, working with adults, couples, adolescents and their families. I have offered treatment to those struggling with substance use disorders, specifically women, with a focus on "gray area drinking," and or other women's issues, to include but not limited to the challenges associated with the aging process, "empty nest," grief, relationship issues, complex trauma and infertility. I am EMDR trained and practiced.
I work with adult women and those in mid-life, experiencing increased mental health challenges, providing EMDR Treatment, while educating and supporting you to draw from personal strengths; working with you to identify and attain future goals.
I believe that people have an inherent ability for self-understanding, and positive change when supported through the counseling process. I provide an empathetic and emotionally safe environment to help guide you through your individual healing process.
