I embrace eclectic techniques and holistic viewpoints, frequently advocating for diet, exercise, and vitamins to improve functioning. I have extensive experience treating many mental health conditions, and worked in a variety of settings including hospitals and schools.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my dogs. I also love the beach, and finding new recipes to cook. I am passionate about education, personal choice, and building confidence to stand by what you believe in.
