My focus currently is on assisting clients navigate challenging relationships; whether with romantic partners, friends, coworkers or family. I believe low self-esteem and feelings of diminished self worth often play a significant role in relationship difficulty, and I work with my clients on increasing positive self-regard & practical relationship skills.
