I bring an integrative approach to help people resolve emotional conflicts, develop self-awareness/acceptance and increase coping skills, constructive behaviors, and thought patterns.

I have over 30 years as a private practice therapist and as the director of programs for mental health and addiction treatment. I utilize CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing to assist individuals to face their challenges and improve their overall wellness. I also have many years of experience training and supervising other clinicians.

I believe a warm, encouraging approach encourages emotional growth and creates a space for change. Therapy should be a collaborative, interactive process built on respect for the individual. Within that framework, healing and transformation can occur. I look forward to hearing from you.
