As a clinical psychologist in the Boston area, I work with adults and older adolescents going through transitions, who would like to understand how their past affects them now, and who are feeling stuck or overwhelmed. If you are struggling with relationships, marital/family or work difficulties, depression, pandemic-related stress, anxiety, acculturation, career choices, college adjustment, grief, or other life problems, we can work together to reduce distress and work on patterns that interfere with your life to make lasting change. I also offer short-term therapy for college students located in MA during the summer.
Our work can help you to gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns to handle challenges, manage your emotions, and feel more connected. I have extensive experience, and can provide informed recommendations to you about what type of treatment is indicated and next steps to take.
I am on the faculty and staff at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital, where I completed my training. I offer in-person appointments in Concord, and virtual sessions for those in MA.
